Reception duties – answering phones, taking messages, emailing and passing messages onto professionals. Administrative duties – typing, filing, scanning, photocopying. Inputting information onto spreadsheets, inhouse dataspace. Creating word document. Raising controcc and sending out standard letters. Managing stationery and raising Purchase Orders. Managing Petty cash. Any other administrative tasks requested. Supporting other services as and when required.
Working on a 3 weekly rota, covering 1 in 3 weekends.
