Vale of Glamorgan Council are looking for someone who could fit the Administrator role.
This role consists of:
Undertaking office administration from a front line services including back office responsibilities. This will be for the Directorate of Environment and Housing Services, Waste Management, Highways, Parks and Grounds Maintenance and Leisure. Dealing with CRM system for the service area, taking minutes at meetings including disciplinary meetings. Liaising with senior officers and organsing appointments in calendars. Preparation of letters (typing, cutting and pasting into templates) as well as deadline monitoring, some consultation work/background research (collecting data/website searches etc..) – liaison with colleagues, preparation of spreadsheets (basic functions).
37 hours a week, with an hourly rate of £15.23 Umbrella
