he post holder will assist the Childcare Legal Team to provide legal advice to the Council in accordance with the service requirements of each of the Councils directorates.
As a Bundle Officer, assist the Solicitors, Barristers and Legal Practitioners within the Childcare Legal Team to provide legal advice to the People and Communities Directorate in relation to its duty to safeguard children in the area of North Somerset and provide support and services to children in need.
The post holder will be responsible for the care and conduct of their own work (as set out under section 3: Duties and Responsibilities) with little support and with only the requisite supervision. However, it is envisaged that the post holder will require a greater amount of assistance, support, training and supervision within the first 3 months of the appointment.
