Job Details

  • Assist with the provision of advice to managers and employees on policies
    and procedures, terms and conditions and best practice guidance.
  • Be the first point of contact for HR enquiries, responding to both internal and
    external queries.
    Assist with updating and developing policies and procedures considering
    legislative requirements, regulation and guidance and ensuring they are in
    accordance with corporate objectives.
    4 Assist with developing and co-ordinating health and wellbeing activities
    across the company and promoting these to staff.
    5 Responsible for producing Contracts of Employment and Statement of Written
    Particulars for new starters and changes to current working patterns.
    6 Responsible for the management and maintenance of HR information and
    documentation ensuring it is current and relevant.
    7 Provide advice and support in potentially sensitive situations, always
    maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
    8 Develop and maintain a variety of data and information using electronic
    systems including undertaking data analysis and manipulation.

    Advise, support and train managers on all aspects of recruitment and
    selection and support on best practice for developing Job Descriptions &
    Employee Specifications.
    10 Analysing invoices, identifying, and rectifying anomalies and processing for
    payment.
    11 Responsible for the offboarding process, escalating responses where
    appropriate and interpreting the data and collating it into a meaningful format
    12 Responsible for compiling and producing information for the Annual Staff
    Roadshows, ie employees with excellent attendance, loyal service etc.
    13 Keep up to date with HR developments, changes to legislation and best
    practice.
