Halton Borough Council are currently seeking someone who is looking for a role within the kitchen.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Work as part of a team assisting the Cook in providing a quality meal service.
Basic administrative duties that may include the collection of cash, record keeping, stock control and day book of food used. Maintain an acceptable level of hygiene at all times and be aware of and be responsible for all Health & Safety and HACCP regulations in the kitchen area.Work variable starting and finishing times that may include breakfast service, lunch and evening meal. Promote and maintain good relationships with all residents. Promote healthy eating to residents and encourage residents to eat a wide range of food.
Kitchen Assistants required for St Lukes care home in Runcorn. You will be working shifts between 8am-5:30pm Rate of pay is £13.03 per hour Umbrella with shift allowance pay for weekends.
