Reporting to the current Customer Support Team Leader in Council Housing – Homes division
Due to the reorganisation of complaints handling in council housing to meet demand and comply with the Housing Ombudsman’s complaints handling code.
An experienced complaints handler. Housing or local Authority experience is an advantage but not essential. Good problem solving skills and the ability to find solutions, resolve complaints to customers satisfaction. Able to work at pace, to analyse and understand information and manage own caseload.
Full time role
Required on site at Edmonton hub 2 days per week. – HYBRID
