Job Details
You must have a driving licence, have experience in testing fire alarms, legionella flushes, some basic diy skills, health and safety knowledge to enable highlighting and reporting hazards and defects, be physically able to move and carry boxes, manage a number of stairs, litter picking of the car park, hedge trimming, grass cutting.
Demonstrable experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance.
Experience of undertaking routine testing and maintenance of relevant technical equipment e.g. fire alarms, emergency lighting, CCTV etc. and maintaining relevant records.
Umbrella Rate – £16.42
