Royal Borough Of Kensington and Chelsea are currently looking for someone to fill this position.
The suitable candidate for this role would have an NVQ 2 minimum qualified, PDA experience, social housing experience and their own tools. A van with fuel will be supplied and so will uniform.
Role Responsibilities:
To attend emergency calls and complete a repair or take appropriate steps to make safe and secure. Complete assessments and and provide subsequent reports.
Facilities and Enviromental – responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of a facility, while environmental services focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
36 hours a week
£26.27 per hour Umbrella
