Summary:
Exciting opportunities within our Disabled Facilities Grant Team are now available for two full time Occupational Therapists. We welcome applications from dynamic, forward thinking Occupational Therapists who are fully committed to supporting people with their housing adaptation needs via the Disabled Facilities Grant process.
Our Disabled Facilities Grant Team work within our Independent Living Service; we offer early help and prevention assessments through to complex equipment and major adaptations.
Our ethos is central to ‘preventing, reducing and delaying the need for entry into formal type services, supporting people to remain at home and in their communities for as long as possible’.
As a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist, you will have a good understanding of Prevention aligned to the Care Act of 2014.
Pay rate: £39 per hour umbrella
Three to six months contract with view to extend or make permanent
