Job Details
The purpose of the role is to target support to children who are living in kinship or family care arrangements and are at risk of family breakdown, struggling with emotional and behavioural difficulties, experiencing Neglect, domestic abuse, parental mental health and/or substance/alcohol misuse issues.
The support workers will carry a caseload of 10 complex LON3 families per post and will complete an Early Help assessment and support plan with the family using a strength based approach to achieve positive change.
Pay rate: £18.40 per hour umbrella
Three to six months contract with view to extend or make permanent
