Job Details

Locum Commercial Property Lawyer with strong residential property conveyancing experience  to join a busy team dealing with all aspects of commercial property law and a large volume of residential property acquisitions and sales; including:

  • Leases – assignment, renewal of leases, extensions
  • Sales and purchases of both commercial and residential properties
  • Development agreements for commercial property
  • Adverse Possession
  • Easements
  • Title Reports

Experience as a Commercial Property Lawyer in public sector is ideal, but not essential and those with transferable skills from private practice will be considered.  The team also deals with regeneration work and some experience in that will be useful but is not essential.

The role is to start a soon as possible.

Pay rate: £43.43 per hour umbrella

Three to six months contract with view to extend or make permanent
