Job Details

The post holders will be part of the Senior Leadership Team for Islington Provider Services.

Islington Provider Services provides services which enable individuals to maximise their independence, building on their strengths and enabling people to live healthy independent lives for as long as possible in their own homes, or the place they call home.
We provide a range of services for Adults in Islington who are over the age of 18 with a range of needs including; learning disability, physical and sensory needs, mental health and older people. Services are delivered 24 hours a day over 7 days.
The post holders will provide strategic and operational management support to all directly provided and regulated services. Future direction is for the services to become increasingly multi agency and services may be expanded and need to change in line with service development requirements.
The post holders will be required to deputise for the Deputy Director Provider
Services and support them to ensure that the services are operating at the highest standard and in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and the Care Quality Commission Fundamental
Standards, with the expectation that all regulated services achieve a Good or Outstanding CQC Rating.
Working collaboratively with our residents, carers, families; staff; internal and external partners; Members; CQC and Health colleagues to support achieve improved outcomes through a strengths-based approach for people using our services.
The post holder will report to the Deputy Director Provider Services.
The post holder will have the ability to facilitate improvement and adopt an open and honest approach to people management. The ability to be innovative is essential as well as possessing high levels of personal integrity and resilience.

Umbrella hourly rate – £44.81
