Hackney Council is looking for an experienced Leasehold Service Officer who can provide administrative support to the team in processing enquiries from leaseholders and freeholders in respect of sub-letting, alterations, low level arrears information, providing documents and information relating to the lease or Transfer of Part document and processing of legal notices such as Notice of Transfer whilst updating contact information on an ongoing basis.
Umbrella hourly rate – £23.57
