Job Details
We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic and hardworking End user deployment engineer to play an important role within our End User Computing team.
This team works directly with the Council staff supporting all laptops, tablets, desktops, and peripherals using tools such as Active Directory, Intune autopilot and SCCM across platforms such as Windows 10 & 11, and Android.
Working as part of a team and/or independently, you will be responsible for resolving day to day operational end user reported incidents and fulfilling service requests within agreed service level agreements.
Responsible for warranty repairs, new starter deployments, Windows 11 device rollout, build management and remote/deskside support, across all Enfield Council sites & libraries.
Candidates should have:
1.A minimum of 12 months experience of delivering service support for an End User Computing or IT Support team
2. Demonstrable technical experience, understanding and management of IT equipment and its components (e.g. peripherals, laptops, tablets and mobile devices across Windows 10/11, IOS and Android platforms)
3. Experience in troubleshooting, supporting, and administering Windows O/S, Active Directory, using active directory, Intune autopilot and SCCM.
4. Experience working to agreed service level agreements and ticket handling tools such as Service Now.
5. A minimum of 12 months experience of delivering customer service with the ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal), actively listen and demonstrate adaptability, empathy, and patience in both a remote and face-to-face environment.
6. Full Manual Driver’s License to enable support across the borough at all LBE sites.
7.Desirable – working in a local government organisation.
8. ITIL foundation, or equivalent training and/or certification.
