Candidate must have physical and older people Reablement experience
Must be a qualified SW and SWE registered
Direct supervision and approval of Reablement goal plans and Care Act assessments of approx. 5-6 staff (Reablement officers, Duty SW), Monthly 121’s, appraisals, system approvals, case discussions /problem solving as required, legislative guidance, lead any process development or mini projects, investigate respond to any complaints/ME’s, good digital /IT skills, joint visits if required to support robust practice, representation of the team where required, attend panel meetings as required. Engagement with practice improvement /CQC visit prep as required, SW will need to be an experienced as a manager but also looking for a robust and practical knowledge /experience of Reablement.
Mostly remote working and office based one day per week.
