- Road Safety & Traffic Management
Lead the development and implementation of road safety strategies and traffic management schemes.
Assess road safety concerns and propose engineering solutions to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety.
- Traffic Orders & Regulations
Prepare and review Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) in compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure all traffic orders align with government and local authority policies.
- Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Manage road safety and traffic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Collaborate with local stakeholders, including transport authorities, emergency services, and community groups.
- Technical Expertise & Compliance
Conduct traffic impact assessments and feasibility studies.
Ensure compliance with relevant highway and transportation legislation, policies, and standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze accident and traffic data to identify high-risk areas and recommend interventions.
Prepare detailed reports, technical documents, and presentations for senior management and committees.
