Umbrella rate – £44.70 an hour
Deadline – 23rd December 2025
– The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action. – A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential). – Organised and proactive – able to manage their own calendar and caseload. – Social Housing surveying experience (not essential). – Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates. – A good understanding of building pathology, damp, mould and condensation. – Office based. – Access to pool vehicles
