EXPERIENCED SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!

Job Purpose
There are 3 aspects to the role
•    Manage all social media accounts for Carrington Blake Group companies
o    Coretium Media
o    Happie Group
o    Trevellyan Insurance
o    Carrington Blake Recruitment
o    Carrington Blake Accountancy
•    Manage all social media accounts for Coretium Media’s clients
•    Train and manage a team of junior marketing assistants to support the social media strategy for each company.

You must ensure that we meet client delivery expectations by producing the required agreed social media activity that were agreed at the start of the strategy. You should design a social media strategy that is specific to each of the different clients Coretium works for.
Social media is part of an integrated marketing campaign, so you will need to work with other marketing teams to make sure the message is consistent across everything – SEO, Email Marketing and PPC.

Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards
•    Creating and planning a variety of social media campaigns across a range of digital channels
•    Driving growth and engagement across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, creating weekly posts per platform
•    Developing social media content that helps internal Carrington Blake Group and external clients connect to key audiences
•    Provide day-to-day channel management for our clients channels, including writing and managing posts and engaging with users
•    Research and analysing current trends on social media that can be used for the internal and external clients
•    Monitoring and reporting on channels’ performance
•    Using data to improve decision making
•    Overseeing existing social media campaign and making recommendations on how to optimise them
•    Writing engaging copy for different social platforms
•    Proofreading
•    Account management of clients
•    Understand the services of all clients
•    Understand our customer’s competitors
•    Understand our customer’s clients
o    Who are they?
o    Why do they need the services?
o    What are their motivations or concerns?
o    Where are they…what channel can we use to find them?
o    Why would they buy their services from us?
