Sutton housing partnership are looking for an damp/mould inspector ho will help diagnose and identify the necessary repairs across the housing stock.
- carry out inspections of damp properties
- carry out inspection for mould
- identifying housing stock maintenance that needs fixing
- day to day maintenance on housing properties
- Carry out post inspections, confirm satisfactory completion, authorise payments, investigate invoice queries
- able to produce drawings & floor plans, diagnose general building faults
- carrying out diagnostics and undertaking seasonal monitoring.
Payrate: £ negotiable
