Purpose of this Job:
To provide a flexible, responsive, high quality window cleaning service to estates including: cleaning and maintaining estates to a high standard and ensuring the wellbeing and needs of the residents on estates are met within the Council’s policies and procedures.. To maintain a prompt, courteous and helpful response when dealing with, or initiating contact with, service users, their representatives or outside agencies.
Experience of window cleaning in a commercial environment i.e. as a job. Experience of using a water fed pole system. The post holder is required to have a full clean UK driving licence and the ability to drive a ford transit type vehicle. You may be required to maintain an accurate and up to date record of works carried out, therefore a basic level of literacy and numeracy is required. Ensure the window cleaning vehicle/equipment is maintained and in good order You will be expected to work outside in all weather conditions Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.
36 HOURS a week
£16.23 per hour Umbrella
