JOB PURPOSE
To provide cleaning services to maintain the health and safety of the property to the standards required by the manager. To work to Home Group’s values and beliefs and to uphold the aims and objectives of the service.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience in the following area is desirable
Working in an office/residential setting. Knowledge/understanding
An understanding of the meaning of confidentiality and how that applies to clients.
Understanding of the need to help our clients maintain a clean, homely environment.
Have an understanding of the needs of vulnerable people.
Skills and Abilities
Able to support people with a disability consistently and with respect.
Able to represent clients and Home Group at all levels (desirable).
Able to offer support to others with sensitivity and respect.
Good organisational skills, desirable
Able to work as part of a team.
Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
Able to support others with dignity and respect.
Good verbal communication.
