The HR Change Manager will lead and deliver organisational change initiatives, ensuring people strategies align with business objectives and support effective, sustainable transformation.

  • Lead and deliver organisational change programmes
  • Design and implement organisational structures and workforce planning solutions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive and embed change
  • Use data, insights, and HR metrics to inform decisions and measure success
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Support and guide teams through change, promoting engagement and wellbeing
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practice
  • Build strong relationships across teams and partner organisations

About You

  • Experience delivering change management programmes
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Good knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
