The HR Change Manager will lead and deliver organisational change initiatives, ensuring people strategies align with business objectives and support effective, sustainable transformation.
- Lead and deliver organisational change programmes
- Design and implement organisational structures and workforce planning solutions
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive and embed change
- Use data, insights, and HR metrics to inform decisions and measure success
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Support and guide teams through change, promoting engagement and wellbeing
- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practice
- Build strong relationships across teams and partner organisations
About You
- Experience delivering change management programmes
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Good knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
