About the Role
We are looking for an Operational & Technical Support Officer to join the Regulatory Service Partnership (RSP). You will help deliver a high-quality advice and information service to residents, businesses, and stakeholders across multiple channels.

The RSP covers a range of services including Licensing, Food & Safety, Noise Nuisance, Air Quality & Pollution, Pest Control, Private Sector Housing, and Trading Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries from residents, businesses, and stakeholders via phone, email, and other channels

  • Provide accurate advice and information across RSP services

  • Carry out administrative and technical tasks to support service delivery

  • Process applications, payments, and issue licences

  • Check and verify documents and input data accurately

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners

  • Handle and resolve less complex cases across all RSP authorities

About You

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Good attention to detail and organisational ability

  • Comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks

  • Able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities

  • Experience working with data entry and document processing is desirable

Working Pattern
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to attend the office three days per week.
