About the Role
We are looking for an Operational & Technical Support Officer to join the Regulatory Service Partnership (RSP). You will help deliver a high-quality advice and information service to residents, businesses, and stakeholders across multiple channels.
The RSP covers a range of services including Licensing, Food & Safety, Noise Nuisance, Air Quality & Pollution, Pest Control, Private Sector Housing, and Trading Standards.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries from residents, businesses, and stakeholders via phone, email, and other channels

Provide accurate advice and information across RSP services

Carry out administrative and technical tasks to support service delivery

Process applications, payments, and issue licences

Check and verify documents and input data accurately

Liaise with internal teams and external partners

Handle and resolve less complex cases across all RSP authorities
About You

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good attention to detail and organisational ability

Comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks

Able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities

Experience working with data entry and document processing is desirable
Working Pattern
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to attend the office three days per week.
