Job Details

Work Pattern: 37 hour a week, 9 am till 5 pm (Mon – Fri)

PAYE Pay Rate: £14.12 per Hour

Main Purpose:
To arrange and manage suitable temporary accommodation for people who need housing support, ensuring placements are appropriate, available and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange temporary accommodation placements
  • Liaise with accommodation providers
  • Monitor vacancies and placements
  • Process payments and Housing Benefit claims
  • Maintain accurate case records
  • Deal with provider and service-user queries
  • Manage new providers and properties
  • Ensure safeguarding and confidentiality
