Primary purpose of role

To provide efficient administrative/clerical support to the Inclusion and Welfare, School Admissions and School Organisation teams to facilitate the smooth
running of the service. This is a generic role profile which enables staff to work across all areas of the division.

Key accountabilities and key measures

Provide general administrative/clerical support that meets the needs of customers and team, Act as a reliable point of contact for staff and the public, Provide advice to Headteachers, governors and managers, Process all customer enquiries or pass to relevant person within agreed deadlines, Assist with the creation and
maintenance of databases, Complete data interrogation and input. General administrative/clerical support. Point of contact. Data and databases.

Essential Qualifications/ Experience

 Knowledge of current property/admissions regulations
 Understanding of national Education initiatives as they relate to capital programme, admissions and school organisation issues
 2 GCSE (A*-C/9-4) or equivalent in English and Mathematics                                                                                                                                                                               Reasonable experience of providing administrative support within an office environment. Reasonable experience of working within an environment dealing with property, admissions and school organisation issues.
 Demonstrable experience of creating and working with spreadsheets and databases.
 Experience of data entry
