Business System Training and Support Lead

Job Details

Support the administration of Adults and Health systems including specialist system admin functions, user management and testing functionality for new releases, making recommendations on systems development where appropriate.

Take ownership of the administration of existing workflows, templates and other functionality in systems to ensure they reflect current legislation and other business requirements.

Ensure systems are maintained to support the completion of key and statutory returns following updates from suppliers and central government.

Act as a point of contact and technical specialist (where appropriate) for A&C data management and IT systems. Take ownership of resolving issues speedily and to client satisfaction.

To deliver appropriate support and training to existing and new A&C system users and to assist with the development and administration of training for system users.

To provide support and training with regard to the roll out of new processes and procedures and address areas of concern with respect to system use.

Maintain adequate records and systems relating to all support and training activities

To assess the outcomes of training undertaken to ensure that it meets identified needs effectively; working with participants and their managers to provide further support and address any areas of concern with regards to system usage.

Assist with the development and maintenance of system guidance and training materials.

PAY – £251 day rate umbrella
