4 on 4 off (2 Days and 2 Nights)

12 hours shift

Must have a high level of English language command (read/write/communicate)

High level of customer service and IT skills


Main Objective

You will be meeting and greeting guests, answering the telephones, general office duties, updating identity passes, checking bookings, data entry and validating credentials


Key Responsibilities include:

To provide, Airline Representatives and Officials with a high standard of service

To input consignment information into ABS

To process export & import documentation exactly as the company’s procedure manual describes

To comply with Customs regulations

To answer the phone in a polite and confident manner

To action bond checks & ABS reports on a daily basis

To carry out any other tasks deemed necessary and reasonable by the company

To be able to work flexible working hours when necessary

To work as a team or on own.


All we ask for in return is that:

You have good communication skills and plenty of enthusiasm

You can pass a DBS check or provide an overseas police check

You are able to provide reference information for everywhere you have worked since 2018

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Hounslow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)



GCSE or equivalent (preferred)



Customer service: 1 year (required)

Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
