Job Details

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Sort and file documents using manuals and/or computerised systems to facilitate access to accurate and up-to-date information.

Update information on manual and/or computerised systems within agreed procedures and practices to ensure that information is accurate and up-to-date.

Prepare simple data within agreed procedures to enable senior staff to make appropriate decisions.
4
Provide an initial response to agreed standards to routine enquiries from staff, other agencies and members of the public both verbally and in writing to facilitate the effective working of the Service.

Undertake basic calculation such as discounts, percentages, etc., to enable documentation to be processed appropriately.
6
Distribute and collect documents to and from other Service areas to ensure the efficient and prompt exchange of information.
7
Operate office machinery to facilitate the work of the Service.
