Commercial & Customer Services Manager

Job Details

  1. Be responsible for professional advice to Members and the Management Team on all issues relating to Commercial & Customer Services, formulating Group, Divisional and Directorate objectives and policies in these areas.

 

  1. Take overall responsibility for the planning and management of services, ensuring that statutory responsibilities are fully complied with, developing strategies and delivering programmes which meet the Council’s policy objectives, and service and community needs.

 

  1. Ensure the delivery of performance objectives, the evaluation of service group performance and provide feedback to Members, Heads of Service, the Executive Director and directorate staff.

 

  1. Ensure the effective deployment of financial resources and compliance with statutory, professional and organisational frameworks.

 

  1. Ensure a high level of professional and managerial expertise and employee development through the motivation, training and support of all employees.

 

The pay per day is £285.
