Job Details
Duties :
- Provide operational leadership for the review of existing social inclusion services against corporate priorities and initiatives, including through the professional development of teams and staff.
- Provide operational leadership for the commissioning of social inclusion services and take a lead role as directed by the Head of Housing on key projects or initiatives.
- Commission quality services to meet performance measures and inspection requirements and standards.
- Work in collaboration to produce and lead on the development of detailed outcome focused specifications for services which help ensure the provision of high quality, Value for Money services.
- Undertake a range of analysis and review of monitoring and performance data from a variety of sources to identify unmet need and inform future commissioning, maximising resources and working within allocated budgets.
Pay : £25.60 umbrella pay
