DASA has four mutually supporting teams, Outreach, Operations, Partnership & Impact and Support Services.

This role is within Support Services providing services to the whole team.

At the Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA), we’re looking for a motivated Secretariat and Communications Co-ordinator

The role has three central functions:

·         Overseeing Secretariat responses for DASA – including Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, parliamentary questions (PQs) and Treat Official (TO) correspondence.

·         Production of corporate communications, such as communications to internal Government stakeholders, our Annual Review, speeches and presentations.

·         Wider support to the Engagement Team, which might include writing for press, web or social media and managing events.

The Secretariat and Corporate Communications Co-ordinator is part of DASA’s Engagement team – ensuring our government partners are kept informed of our activities, and our official correspondence is managed and responded to in a timely, professional manner.

The pay rate per day is £300.
