Liverpool City Council are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Adult Services & Health, based within the Minor Adaptations Team providing a quality and timely service to customers and partners.
This role consists of processing minor adaptations from the Portal, receiving incoming calls from customers, making outbound calls to customers, partner agencies and booking appointments for front line workers.
35 hours a week
£15.90 per hour Umbrella
