Serco Group Plc are currently looking for somebody who is able to work out of hours fulfilling a customer service advisor role.
This role consists of:
Receive all customer enquiries and service requests via the telephone to resolve as many requests at first point of contact as possible, Update appropriate IT systems in order to record and maintain an electronic record of customer details and their service requests, Contribute ideas that create efficiencies or improvements in customer facing and other processess, Manage customer complaints, compliments and suggestions in accordance with the council’s procedures, Maintain awareness of appropriate regulatory and legal standards to ensure compliance through day to day activities.
Working hours are 25 hours between
Mon to Fri 17:30 to 23:00
Sat and Sun 08:00 to 23:00
£13.68 per hour Umbrella
