| Role is within the Early Intervention Team Suitable candidates must have the following: 1. Experience of working with unemployed people to improve the prospect and support in the process of their employment. 2. . Experience of providing advice and guidance to others with the aim of progressing them towards employment. 3. Be fully conversant with welfare benefit entitlements including Housing benefit regulations and local housing allowance 4. Previous experience of supporting customers in accessing welfare benefits, maximising income, and debt management. 5. An understanding of homelessness legislation in accordance with the Homelessness Reduction Act (HRA) 2017
