Job Title: Employee Relations Case Advisor
Location: London
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Employee Relations Case Advisor to support our HR Business Partnering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of employee relations matters while developing your HR advisory skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate employee relations casework, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and appeals
- Provide administrative support across organisational change activities, including TUPE and restructures
- Maintain accurate, confidential and well-structured HR records and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, prepare case documentation, and support hearing processes
- Assist with workforce data analysis and reporting
- Support managers with HR processes, including sickness absence and occupational health referrals
- Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practice
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and professional working environment
About You
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience) with a good understanding of HR practices and employment law
- Experience supporting or managing employee relations cases, including complex matters and appeals
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Good IT skills, including HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Trade Unions is desirable
