About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Employee Relations Case Advisor to support our HR Business Partnering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of employee relations matters while developing your HR advisory skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate employee relations casework, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and appeals
  • Provide administrative support across organisational change activities, including TUPE and restructures
  • Maintain accurate, confidential and well-structured HR records and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare case documentation, and support hearing processes
  • Assist with workforce data analysis and reporting
  • Support managers with HR processes, including sickness absence and occupational health referrals
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practice
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and professional working environment

About You

  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience) with a good understanding of HR practices and employment law
  • Experience supporting or managing employee relations cases, including complex matters and appeals
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Good IT skills, including HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with Trade Unions is desirable
