Engineering Technical Support Officer

Job Details

Provide a technical engineering support service to meet the business objectives in line with strategic direction. Provide first level support and guidance across different services, communicating information to ensure internal processes work efficiently and meet business needs. Co-ordinate data collation and undertake data analysis, identifying trends to contribute to internal decision making. Use and maintain specialist systems, programmes, and procedures in line with agreed policies and practices. Promote a positive customer experience, interacting with stakeholders to understand and communicate issues of relevance to the wider organisation. Maintain and update data records to ensure compliance with site processes and standards. Produce minutes and monitor the completion of actions for specialist meetings to support the implementation of business decisions. Support the implementation of improvements for continuous development of processes to improve performance and/or practices.
