| ·DUTIES –
You must be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)*. · You manage the Council’s commercial estate (land and buildings for occupation and investment) in accordance with the Asset Management Strategy. · This will involve managing all landlord and tenant matters to maintain and build revenue income, deliverying the annual asset valuation, and proactive management of landlord and tenant negociations. This will require close working with the Facilities Management Service. PAY – £500-£550 day rate |
