| Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Offer 1:1 parenting support virtually, and face to face in the community.
– Knowledge of key parenting strategies around; setting boundaries, implementing positive routines and strengthening family relationships.
– Assess individual family needs and create a tailored support plan.
– Able to conduct pre and post evaluations to monitor outcomes for the family.
– Multi-Agency working – forming strong links with internal and external partners.
– Delivery of key messages to partner agencies.
The pay per hour is £16.47. |
