Sutton housing partnership are looking for an Fire Officer with Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire safety management, with a focus on social housing or similar environments.
- NEBOSH Fire Safety and or equivalent qualification.
- Experience managing contractors and overseeing fire risk assessments.
- Thorough understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
