Preston city council are looking for a gardner to carry out maintenance of horticultural features and amenities within the City.
- To undertake grass cutting duties using hand propelled and/or where appropriate self propelled machines
- To undertake shrub bed maintenance work using a range of basic gardening tools.
- To maintain sports pitches and bowling greens
- To undertake a range of general duties associated with grounds maintenance work, including occasional litter picking, digging and other physical labour
- To assist in all aspects of grounds maintenance on PCC parks and open spaces.
