Job Details
Derby City Council are looking for someone to undertake Joinery repairs, maintenance, renovations and installations; other skilled maintenance operations and to support other trade staff in the effective completion of repairs, maintenance and other building operations to property and buildings managed by Derby Homes.
- To undertake all joinery repairs, maintenance and renovations identified within the housing stock, schools and public buildings
- to carry out new joinery related installations (1st and 2nd fix)
- To interpret detailed design drawings and specifications
- By using your own initiative, resolve were practical any minor or routine technical difficulties on site, liaising with your management as required.
- To maintain vehicle stock levels at optimum level so that service efficiency is achieved.
