Derby city council are looking for a joiner To undertake Joinery repairs, maintenance, renovations and installations; other skilled maintenance operations and to support other trade staff in the effective completion of repairs, maintenance and other building operations to property and buildings managed by Derby homes.
- To undertake all joinery repairs, maintenance and renovations identified within the housing stock, schools and public buildings
- By using your own initiative, resolve were practical any minor or routine technical difficulties on site, liaising with your management as required
- To effectively contribute to the provision of accurate records for time, SOR and materials to each work order, including the effective receipting of all material advice notes
- Participate as a Joiner in the delivery of an effective out of hours emergency repair service on a rota system
- To maintain vehicle stock levels at optimum level so that service efficiency is achieved
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and follow safe working practices using a range of tools associated with your job roles
- Work with new technology including any computerised systems operated by Derby Homes
- Payrate: £20.45 umbrella
