Job Details
Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the primary function of this role is to provide building maintenance services to a designated area / or number of properties. Where there is a specialist trade, the role also supports non-trade Maintenance Operatives (MO’s) to fix faults. The role requires close working relationships with the housing teams to ensure outstanding service to the users.
Pay – upto £22 an hour umbrella
