London borough of islington are looking for an mobile relief supervisor to be responsible for the supervision and line management of the mobile/relief caretaking team.
- Ensuring they provide services to estates set out within the caretaking and quality assurance manuals.
- Ensure they and your team are well trained, knowledgeable and compliant with Health and safety legislation associated with this role, including use of PPE, safe and efficient use of chemicals and equipment, accident and incident reporting etc.
- Resolve issues creatively, sensitively and in line with procedures.
- Keep accurate records on caretaking, ensuring robust processes are in place for recording service charges, performance monitoring, sickness absence, risk assessments and all other records relating to their team.
- Act as an ambassador of the Council on the frontline service delivery
