Neighbourhood Housing officer

Estate Inspections: Conduct regular estate inspections to identify maintenance issues, environmental hazards, or general upkeep problems.

Tenancy Management: Manage day-to-day tenancy matters, perform tenancy reviews, and ensure tenants adhere to their lease agreements.

Arrears Collection: Handle rent arrears collection, working proactively with tenants to manage and recover missed payments.

On-Site Visits & Travel: Spend approximately 60% of the working week out on-site visiting properties and neighborhoods across Corby (2 days) and Kettering (3 days).
