About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Parking Services Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Parking Services through data-driven insights, innovation, and effective project delivery.

You will be responsible for analysing a wide range of parking data, identifying trends and risks, and leading projects that improve service efficiency, performance, and sustainability. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will help deliver meaningful improvements across the parking partnership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse complex parking and enforcement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead and deliver projects from planning through to implementation and evaluation
  • Produce clear reports and business cases to support decision-making
  • Monitor performance, contracts, and service delivery to drive continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement service enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and industry standards

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders
  • Has experience producing reports and presenting insights
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Power BI desirable)
  • Has a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail

Experience within a parking services or local authority environment is desirable.

Fully WFH, required to attend meetings at Manager’s request. 2 days a week for first 2 weeks
