Job Title: Education Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Education Finance Administrator to support the LMS & Resources Manager in delivering the core functions of the service.

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial administration, effective processing of school-related funding, and smooth day-to-day operations across the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the LMS & Resources Manager in delivering core service functions
  • Administer School Uniform and School Milk grant claims accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and reconcile school meals income and related financial records
  • Process invoices for both debtors and creditors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain correct financial documentation
  • Handle general telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to maintain and update financial records and data

  • Confident working with financial data and administrative processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Able to communicate effectively with schools, colleagues, and external contacts
