About the Role
As a Social Worker, you will:
- Undertake assessments and interventions to safeguard children and young people
- Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and effective progression of cases
- Build strong, purposeful relationships with children, families, and carers
- Work closely with partner agencies including schools, health services, and police
- Contribute to care planning and long-term outcome-focused decision making
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of practice within the service
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is registered with Social Work England
- Has experience in Children’s Social Care
- Communicates effectively and builds strong professional relationships
- Is committed to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children and families
- Engages in continuous professional development and reflective practice
