To carry out high-quality internal and external painting and decorating works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to tenants and working collaboratively as part of the maintenance team.
Job Description
We are looking for a fully qualified Painter and Decorator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven experience in both internal and external painting and decorating, hold a full UK driving licence, and ideally have knowledge of the Vale of Glamorgan area.
Based at our Alps Depot in Wenvoe, Cardiff (CF5 6AA), you will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, carrying out painting and decorating work within occupied and vacant properties. You will be expected to work efficiently as part of an established team, maintain high standards of workmanship, and treat tenants with professionalism, respect, and consideration at all times.
PAYE: £16.60 per hour
