Work Pattern: They will need to be able to attend the office on a hybrid basis (1-2 days a week in the office)

PAYE Pay Rate: £217.31 per day

Main Purpose of the Role

To support Children’s Social Care and Early Help teams with the effective use of MOSAIC and electronic case management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. The role will focus on correcting data errors, improving data quality and supporting Social Work staff with incomplete or draft case pathways.

Typical Day Overview

  • Review MOSAIC records and identify data errors or missing information.
  • Work with Social Work colleagues to correct errors requiring their decisions.
  • Support staff with closing incomplete forms and case pathways.
  • Monitor common errors and identify areas where staff may need additional training.
  • Work closely with Children’s Services teams to maintain accurate records.
  • Build effective working relationships through regular hybrid office attendance.

Key Skills / Responsibilities

  • Strong data quality and administration skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MOSAIC or similar children’s case management systems.
  • Understanding of Children’s Social Care and Early Help Services.
  • Ability to identify, investigate and correct data errors.
  • Ability to support and guide Social Work colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify training needs and common system issues.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Essential Requirements / Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Children’s Social Care and Early Help Services.
  • Good working knowledge of MOSAIC is essential.
  • Experience working with data, case management systems or Children’s Services.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operational and Social Work teams.
  • Must be available to start within the next couple of weeks.
  • Must be able to work hybrid, attending the office 1–2 days per week.
